What we offer

Mature experienced managers
Our managers have years of strata management experience and are passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for their clients. It is through a willingness to work with owners that the best relationships are formed.
Transparent fee structure
We charge an agreed annual fee plus disbursement costs and these fees covers the normal running of the Owners Corporation. If work is required on large projects such as underpinning or major external painting there may be an additional charge but this will be discussed with Owners prior to commencement.
Yearly management agreements
We are confident that you be happy with our management services that we see no reason to lock owners into a long contract.

We pride ourselves in our communication skills and encourage residents and investors to contact us.
