- What is an Owners Corporation?
- An owners corporation manages the common property of a residential, commercial, retail, industrial or mixed-use property development. The members of an Owners Corporation comprise the owners of lots bound by a Strata Title.
- How do I pay my fees?
- Strata East has a banking arrangement with Maquarie Bank and Owners are therefore able to make payments by BPay, Cheque, Cash at the Post Office
- Can I obtain a copy of the plan of subdivision?
- Plans of subdivision can be obtained from Land Registry.
